Equipping women and couples to experience lasting peace,

emotional freedom, and Deep Connection…

What I recognize more each day is that brokenness is inescapable—even in the church.  We’re all just trying to get by—trying to find a safe place in this brutal world where we can stop hiding our broken pieces and get real.  Our souls are hungry for a little healing in our wounds, desperate for some peace.  That’s right.  Isn’t that what we’re searching for in the deepest shadows inside— peace?

As a simple, passionate follower of Jesus, I am humbled to walk with people every day on their quest for peace.  Yes, I’ve been there too—on a quest toward peace.  And there is nothing more sacred than recognizing one’s wounds and reaching out for a healing and wholeness that was designed by God as our destiny.

I am told I dive into the deeper places along our emotional journeys in a way that is disarming, humorous at times, relatable, and inspiring.  My desire is that people sense they are welcomed to draw nearer as God’s Beloved and walk away with more courage to be vulnerable, more bravery to take the next step towards healing, and more hope that God’s peace and abundance is not only real, but is for them!

Signature Talks…

Peace For A Lifetime Conference

3-5 SESSIONS: BASED UPON MY BOOK, PEACE FOR A LIFETIME

The search for peace is a universal quest for each of us as individuals.  Even within the church body where we are well-equipped spiritually, we are too-often left starving for any mention of emotional healing or life skills that will equip us to live out God’s design for abundance in our lives or relationships.

This study provides individuals and churches a simple guide for how to equip the church body to thrive emotionally, thus strengthening the body as a whole and enabling individuals, couples, and families to truly be a light in the midst of a dark world.

Never Let Go - Couples Conference

3-5 Sessions: Creating Intimate Peace In Our Marriages

Couples today have a target on our backs, it seems. Life and responsibilities pull us farther and farther apart. Everyone is stressed, and prioritizing our relationship seems like a luxury we can never claim for ourselves. We settle for so much less than the abundance God has for us.

In this conference, I share the qualities of connection that God designed for marriage that provide the framework for a deeply intimate, emotionally abundant, and peace-filled relationship.. In building a strong, secure foundation, we as the body of Christ, can begin to reclaim ourselves and our marriages so that we can not only survive in this culture, but WE CAN create a Never Let Go! marriage, making a difference in the lives of our children, our communities, and everyone around us.

All In - COuples Conference

3-5 sessions: Lean In, Hold Tight, and Create The Marriage You’ve Always Dreamed!

In all of my years of working with couples I have found one quality that sets some couples apart and cultivates success . One quality. One quality that determines how they will navigate the struggles and opposition that the enemy will throw their way. That one quality is that they are both All In! Not half in, not one toe in, not “what’s in it for me,” not “I’ll wait and see.” All In couples are forward facing, discomfort-embracing, healing-minded, transformation -guided. All In!

All In! marriages are both a personal discipline as well as a destination. All In! is a choice each one of us makes every single day as to how we are going to show up for ourselves and our partner. All In! is also a destination- a beautiful, place we create together. A safe haven. A refuge where partners feel seen, safe, heard, and accepted, and where we learn to face our struggles together. On the same team. Doesn’t that sound amazing?

It is amazing. More than that, it is doable.

Nourished - Women’s Luncheon

Culture tells us that life is all about the fruit - we should be striving, achieving, maximizing, managing, perfecting. We are told over and over again through books and social media that it’s all about living our best life now, about having everything we’ve dreamed. We are maxed out, spread thin, and exhausted. It can feel like we are scraping the bottom of the barrel and there is no end in sight. Yet we get up tomorrow and do the same thing, wondering why we are never truly satisfied? Why all of the success in the world doesn’t fill the emptiness inside?

Because even the best things were never meant to be what we root our lives into. Careers, no matter how fulfilling, can’t sustain our souls. Husbands and children, as precious as they are, cannot meet our deepest needs. Homes, retirement accounts, friendships, and community—every good thing this world offers—cannot provide the validation or soul-satisfaction we so desperately crave.. We were designed to have rooted hearts and flourishing lives.
